  • We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $3 USD to provide you the best shopping experience possible. Shipping times typically range between 5-12 business days, depending on your location.

  • Occasionally, deliveries to certain remote regions or countries might experience slight delays or require special handling. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise affecting your order, we will promptly contact you with available options to ensure your satisfaction.

     

  • Please note that while we absorb most of the shipping costs, there may be rare instances where shipping expenses are significantly higher due to location-specific fees.

  • In such cases, we reserve the right to contact you with alternative solutions, such as adjusting your order, offering alternative shipping methods, or issuing a refund.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages:
    If you receive your package damaged, please contact our customer service immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Lost Packages:
